Curator: Dr. Smadar Sheffi On the initiative of the Contemporary Art Center Ramle-CACR, in association with the Open House in Ramle and the Rossing Center for Education and Dialogue, Helbitz Cohen conducted workshops for women from diverse communities. Together they created the piece “Radiant Beauty,” installed in the Open House in Ramle simultaneously with the exhibition. In the workshops, participants made paper tears and wrote down their thoughts, questions, and short stories. The tears are pasted to each other, cradling secrets. With intensity and challenge, with exposure, fears, and doubts.
